This Privacy Policy explains how MiniRetro collects, uses, and protects your information. MiniRetro is an independent, self‑funded project. I keep data collection minimal and transparent.

1. Information I Collect

MiniRetro only collects what is needed for the app to work:

• Account information (such as email, name, alias, and password hash)
• Retro board content you create (messages, reactions, action points, and similar)
• Basic technical data processed by hosting (such as IP address)
• Feedback you send via the feedback form

2. How Your Information Is Used

Your data is used to run MiniRetro: accounts, teams, boards, login, password resets, board notifications, and handling feedback. I do not sell or share your data for marketing. There is no advertising or third‑party analytics tracking.

3. Third‑Party Services

MiniRetro uses these services to operate. They only receive the data needed for their role:

• Supabase — database, file storage, and realtime updates
• Resend — transactional emails (password resets, board notifications, and feedback)
• Vercel — hosting the web app

4. Cookies

MiniRetro uses one strictly necessary session cookie after login to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or analytics. Clearing cookies will sign you out.

5. Retention

Account and board data are kept while your account is active. When you delete your account, personal data is anonymised or removed. Password‑reset tokens are temporary.

6. Your Rights

You can ask to access, correct, or delete your data at any time. You can also delete your account in profile settings. Contact me via the feedback page or miniretrofeedback@proton.me.

7. Changes

This policy may be updated occasionally. The latest version is always posted on this page.
